Estimated Delivery Time: Customers can expect to receive their products within 6-10 business days after their payment and order have been processed. This is just an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary.

Order Production (Monday – Friday): Your purchase will go into our waiting queue for two hours after payment before it is printed. You have this window of time to amend the order’s information or cancel it. It usually takes 1-3 business days for production. Orders placed after 5 pm EST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time (Monday – Friday): The 5–7 business day delivery window is only an estimate; actual delivery times may differ. Every shipment includes a tracking link so that clients may view the progress of their deliveries.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all US and international orders (*see below for details).
- Free Shipping Details: Free shipping applies to all orders with no weight or value restrictions.
- Combined Orders: We recommend placing separate orders for items shipping to different addresses. However, you can combine orders for free shipping as long as they are shipped to the same address.
International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on all orders. However, please note that international shipments may experience occasional delays due to customs procedures. These delays can vary depending on the destination country, customs regulations, and the volume of shipments being processed.
To help minimize potential delays, we recommend the following:
- Provide accurate shipping information: Ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete, including any necessary customs codes or import permits.
- Check local customs regulations: Familiarize yourself with the customs regulations in your country, as this can help you avoid unexpected delays or fees.
- Be patient: While we do our best to expedite international shipments, please understand that customs clearance can sometimes take longer than anticipated.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address: Orders not delivered because of incorrect or insufficient customer information are not our responsibility. Items that are returned to us may be reshipped at the following costs, with updated and correct shipping information:
- $7 for re-ship to US per item
- $10 for re-ship globally per item
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This tracking link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
The tracking number will be included in the confirmation email if available at the time of processing. If not, you will receive a separate email with the tracking number once your order ships.

Multiple Addresses and PO Boxes: We only provide shipping to a single shipping address per order. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes are accepted for shipping.
VAT Taxes: In the case of overseas shipping, we do not collect tax. The recipient is liable for all taxes and levies. Customers are recommended to contact local customs for further information as VAT costs may differ by country.
