We offer a 45-day return policy to our customers. Since our products are bespoke, made-to-order, we allow for refunds under certain conditions which can be found below. You have 45 days after receiving your order to contact us with any problems. Returns are only accepted if:
- The goods are damaged
- There are visible defects in the print
- The item is the wrong size
- The item is the wrong color
- The item is the wrong design
- The item is the wrong style (e.g. horizontal matte instead of vertical matte)

Therefore, while return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility, we offer free return shipping labels for items that arrive damaged or if we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong size, color, design). Non-Returnable Items: While we strive to offer flexible returns, certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Damaged items due to customer misuse: If an item is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear after delivery, it will not be eligible for a return.

STEPS TO CLAIM A RETURN

Submit a return request within 45 days of receiving the goods. Requests after 45 days will not be accepted.

Returns can be exchanged for the original item or refunded for the original purchase price. Requests are typically addressed within 24 hours.

Ship the return to our warehouse at 5520 Glades Cut-off Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34981, United States with the order ID and at your expense.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as follows:
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours
- Credit Card/Debit Card: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Order Cancelation
If you want to cancel or change your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after receiving your purchase confirmation. Your right to modify or cancel your purchase is invalid when the 2-hour period has passed and it starts manufacturing.
Gift
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
